We also understand that buying a garment without being able to try it on or actually see the finished product before you purchase it can be challenging. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within thirty days and we'll be happy to exchange it or refund your money. For U.S. buyers, we'll even ship your exchange back to you at no cost to you!
If you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund for the purchase price upon receipt of your returned item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. If an item is defective or if we make a mistake on your order, we will also refund all shipping charges, including the shipping charges incurred in shipping the item(s) back to us. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and free of any perfume or other odors.
Items that are personalized with lettering (names, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective. |

Printing/Shipping Time |
We make every effort to ship our orders within a few days after payment is received. However, most of our items are custom-made as they are purchased which means they must be printed before they can be shipped. During times when we are busier than usual (especially around holidays), shipping time may be a little longer. We maintain stock in all of the sizes and colors that we offer, but occasionally we run out of items and may not have the size/color you purchased in stock. Normally we're able to restock within a day or two. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us before you purchase to check our current printing schedule and color/size availability. |

Shipping Charges |
We ship our packages via USPS. Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the package. We combine the shipping weight and charges of all multiple purchases that are paid for with one single payment. To have your shipping charges combined, you must pay for multiple items in one single payment. If you pay for them indiviually, Ebay's system cannot combine your shipping charges.
Many of our listings are for multiple sizes. Because Ebay's listing form doesn't have separate shipping weights for each size, we use the weight of the largest size offered in the listing to calculate the shipping charges. Occasionally this can result in an overage in the shipping weight and charges when multiple items are purchased in smaller sizes. To make sure your shipping charges are accurate, please request an invoice after you purchase multiple items. If you'd like to verify the shipping charges of multiple items before you purchase, please email us with the sizes and shirt styles you wish to purchase and we'll be happy to calculate them for you.
International customers may incur duty charges on purchases. When we fill out the required customs forms, we show the actual purchase price as the value of the item(s) shipped. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms by either undervaluing the price of merchandise or marking your package as a gift. Falsifying customs records is a violation of customs laws. |

Because we guarantee everything we sell, we don't consider a transaction finalized until we know you're happy with your purchase, either by the feedback you post or if you email us.
