Decorated Christmas Tree with Train & Houses

ITEM DESCRIPTION: These decals were originally manufactured to be fired on glazed ceramics. They can also be used to decorate other items like wood boxes, headboards, wall borders, glass, mirrors, tins, etc. Often used in tole painting, decoupage and scrapbook making. If you like craft projects then your imagination can go wild with these decals.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Soak decal face up in flat bowl of water for a couple minutes. Once un-curled remove decal, lay flat and pat dry. Lay decal onto your project then slide the protective backing out leaving only the decal on your project. Let dry for at least 24 hours and fire or spray with clear sealer (available in any craft store).

ITEM HISTORY: The various craft items, sponges, videos, books, lights, stars, bisque and decals come from my mothers enormous craft collection. Due to age and failing health she is no longer able to complete her projects so its time to part with them.
TERMS OF SALE
SHIPPING: We ship within 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) following received payment, excluding Holidays. Normal shipping departs early on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, occasionally Saturdays. At our discretion we combine shipping within a 6 day period when we can pack items of the same together and are paid for on a single invoice. Please request adjusted invoice prior to making payment. We reserve the right to combine items shipping to same address regardless. We are not responsible for un-insured items once we ship them.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Most items arrive in about 14 days however we’ve had some get held up in customs and not arrive until 30+ days after shipment. Please be patient and check with your delivery office often if you have not received your package after 21 days.
