This tea kettle is either enamel or porcelain over castiron.It is being offered as is,it is a very nice shade of green,it doesn't appear to have any cracks through it,it does however have a small air bubble hole in the porcelain or enamel.It does need cleaned and I imagine if you wanted to you could actually use it to brew tea.I just used it as a Christmas decoration and sat it on my old potbelly stove for the holiday season.It weighs about 9lbs.Packaged for shipping I would figured on it weighing 10lbs.It will ship from area code 17044.Thanks for looking.I don't ship overseas.Sorry for the inconvience.
