Our heads are not just rebuilt or overhauled.  They are a quality remanufactured unit. 

• Each head is completely disassembled to ensure a thorough cleaning.
• Cast iron heads are baked in an oven to remove all oil and carbon deposits, then steel shot blasted to remove any carbon, paint or rust deposits, then it is magnafluxed
• Aluminum heads are hot tanked and pressure washed to remove all oil and carbon deposits
• All threaded holes are checked and repaired
• Worn rocker studs are replaced with new studs
• Each guide is renewed
• All valve seats are cut
• Each head is resurfaced
• All valves are new or remanufactured
• New freeze plugs and pollution plugs are installed
• All heads are assembled with new valve seals
• Valve stem heights are checked during assembly
• Each head is vacuum tested to ensure valve to seat sealing

Each cylinder head is warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase, no core due, and free shipping in the continental U.S with buy it now.
