Chunky Frosty Beaded Art Glass Vintage 40s 50s Necklace








What a fun necklace! Vintage, from the 40's or 50's, made up of mixed sizes (but done gradually with the larger ones in front) art glass beads-both multicolored "confetti" like ones and ones that are frosted on the outside. Most beads are black as the base color, with white, red, yellow, dots or striations. There are red, yellow, and white frosted beads towards the back/closure. The closure is a brass tone metal screw clasp. No markings or signings.

Excellent condition, fully presentable and wearable. A bit of patina to the clasp from age, understandable. None of the beads are perfectly cylindrical or spherical as they look to have been hand made (none look lumpy or misshapen either).

20" long. The largest/central bead is about 1" long, most are in the 1/2" long range, with 1/4" either way depending on location and arrangement.
