This
item ships from OneStopFanShop's Headquarters via USPS Standard Ground Mail within
24 hours of payment being received Monday-Friday.
In most cases, Priority and Express Mail are available at checkout for an additional
charge. Please make sure to follow the checkout link sent to your email’s ‘Inbox’
if you would like to change your shipping method.
A delivery confirmation
number will be emailed to you once your package has left OneStopFanShop's warehouse.
Receipt of this confirmation number indicates your item has been packaged and
shipped. Please provide your correct email address during checkout to assure its
receipt. You can use the number at www.usps.com to check its current status. If
you have not received your confirmation number within the 24 hour time frame,
please make sure to check your ‘Junk Mail Box’ prior to contacting our support
team. Please understand we only process items for shipping once payment has cleared.

First follow the steps for combining
your invoice into one payment (if applicable). During checkout you will see a
box that says to enter discount/promotional codes. Enter the appropriate code

#2 Question: Has my item shipped?? Answer: Please read the
shipping policy box before contacting customer service. The item shipping time
will be stated there. Some of our items ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Others
items come from the manufacturer. Please understand that many items shipped from
the manufacture are made to order and will take the stated time
before we have tracking. We are not able to speed up shipping times for items
that leave from the manufacturer. Definitely contact us if you have not received
a confirmation # by the shipping time stated in the shipping policy tab below

#3 Question: I need a gift in a hurry. Can I
expedite shipment? :Answer: Yes, on items shipped direct from OneStopFanShop
warehouse (please check 'Shipping Policy' tab on each item). You also have the
option of having these items shipped via USPS priority mail or next day express
mail for an additional charge. These shipping options are available upon checkout.
Orders that are shipped from the manufacture are not able to ship priority or
next day mail since they are made to order.

do I pay for a combined invoice?
There are four methods. The main point
is to make sure your invoice is combined while checking out.
-Paying through
ebay: After committing to buy your final item (or waiting on auctions to end)
simply click Pay Now. Once you choose your payment method all items will appear
in the checkout.
-Paying through My eBay: After committing to buy your final
item (or waiting on auctions to end) proceed to your My eBay page. Click the Pay
Now button. Once you choose your payment method all items will appear in the cart.
-Paying
through ebay's email: After committing to buy all items you can check out through
the ebay checkout email. Click the Pay Now button. Once you choose your payment
method all items will appear in the cart.
-Paying through our checkout email:
After committing to buy all items you will receive an email from onestopfanshop.com.
Click the checkout link. Once you enter the shipping information all items will
appear in the car.
Once you have proceeded to checkout
you can can click the CONTINUE SHOPPING if you decide you want to look for more
items. These items will be combined once you proceed.

RETURN
POLICY (undamaged goods)
We want
you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you
may return the item for a refund of the purchase price. (A restocking fee of 15%
will be applied if item is not exchanged). Items must be returned with tags, labels
and receipts intact, and in original condition (this includes keeping it free
of cigarette smoke). Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate
tags, receipts) we will credit the account originally charged within 10 business
days. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. If you are exchanging
an item please indicate so on the return label (below) and include $4.99 for reshipment.

When you receive your package(s) please inspect it and the contents carefully. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us regarding the product. If you open your package and have received the wrong item please email us. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any damaged or incorrect products.
