We ship most items Federal Express Ground. Some items are shipped Priority Mail and those listings are notated accordingly. We ship most items within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 1-4 business days to ship. We always offer shipping to another recipient. We will include at no additional charge an appropriate gift card with your message and signature. You will need to include in the notes section of Paypal or by email the name and address to whom we need to ship, the type of gift card (Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, etc.), the message you would like on the gift card and how you would like it signed.
Terms of Sale

Returns will only be accepted on unused items. Shipment back to seller is responsibility of buyer. No refund on shipping charges back to seller. If item is damaged please email seller immediately for Federal Express claim to be processed. Item must be kept in original packaging for Federal Express to inspect. We will need a telephone number to list on the claim form. We will replace broken or damaged items after package is inspected. There are no returns or refunds on engraved items.
