Report itemThis auction is for a circuit bent TELE-MIC, telephone. This is a handset from a vintage telephone that offers a fantastic, lo-fi, vintage sound. In solid shape, fits securely in any common clip type mic holder. Ive also added a set of chrome body contacts with ON/OFF switch that control how loud the mic output. When the switch is ON you have to touch both contacts at the same time for sound, this adds fantastic control. When you flip the switch OFF the microphone is fully ON. The touch contacts when activated add a bit of noise and makes the vocal sound like its long distance. This is in part caused by the sound signal actually passing thru your body, its a great effect. Youll be so stoked with the sound of this fabulous Tele-Mic that you may even record a hit. No external power needed.
