• All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan with good carton and good packaging condition.
• Will ship the parcel to your shipping address directly. It is door to door delivery service.

• Will ship big parcel ( over 30Kgs ) by FedEx or DHL express, taking about 2 ~ 3 delivery days to worldwide. 
• Will advise tracking number for your reference after send out the shipment.
• We can accept combine shipment. Please kindly advise which items you are going to buy and give us your complete shipping address. Then we will check the total shipping cost for you.

• For broken items in transit , buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take a picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after received the item. We will replace another brand new and tested OK ones to buyers.  Buyers are responsible for sending it back to us safely at their own costs and we will pay for the postage of sending the replacement to buyer. 
• Once receive the parcel, please kindly check the quality first. All defective products must be returned within 14 Business-Days from the date of arrived. If you receive a defective item or any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period. We replace or fix the item for you free of charge. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with tracking information and the item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included.
