 Shipping charges include packaging and handling. We use quality packing materials, so your product will arrive without damage.  FedEx Ground service will be used for shipping, but we reserve the right to use other carriers.  If you would like to use your own FedEx or UPS account please exclude the shipping cost once you have sent me your account number. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must contact me before  paying, so I can add a surcharge to your invoice.  The surcharge will be calculated by using the package weight and size.  Flat Rate shipping is only for the continental United States.
Warranty & Returns Sales Tax
We will provide a 30-Day replacement warranty,  if a replacement is unavailable we will refund your money. To return an item you must obtain an RMA number.  Buyer pays all return shipping costs.  We are required to collect all Sales, Local and Use taxes from customers in all jurisdictions except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. Sales tax needs to be calculated by using the shipping address zip code and will be revised from the listed percentage.  If you do pay the 10% listed amount before I can update your invoice the amount you were over charged will be refunded.
