If the product is defective, we reserve the right to either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Some items may carry a manufacturers warranty. We CANNOT guarantee that the manufacturers warranty is transferrable or valid and make NO claims as such. It is the buyers responsibility to apply for the transfer of any manufacturers warranty.

Refunds for errors on the buyer's part will be reduced by fees/expenses incurred by the seller such as Ebay fees, Pay Pal fees, Shipping & Handling, plus a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Shipping prices are posted on the Ebay ad under the Description. Quoted rates are eligible within the 48 US Contintental States.

We take pride in shipping your product fast and as such most items are shipped the same or next day from when your payment is received. Some packages may take up to 3 days to ship during high volume periods or out of the ordinary shipping requirements. Please contact us if you do not receive shipment confirmation email within 3 business days after payment has been made.

If you require guaranteed same day shipping, please call us directly. There may be a service charge for same day shipping guarantee.

Quoted rates include packaging costs to cover labor, box, packing material, & crating services (if any).

Shipping rates to Alaska/Hawaii may be higher.

International

International shipping is available. Handling fee is higher for international shipping due to additional forms required for export.

We will ONLY quote shipping rates to the WINNING bidder.

If winning bidder would like to use their UPS/FedEx account number, they must arrange for pickup from our location.

We can ship via US Postal Service (size/insured value limitations exist).

Buyer is responsible for any customs taxes and/or duties.

NEW (N+):
This product is NEW and is in BRAND NEW CONDITION. This is what you'd expect to get if you bought it new from the manufacturer. The product is in its original box. The box may have been opened to check contents but nothing has been removed.

NEW (N):
This product is NEW and is in BRAND NEW CONDITION. Does not include the original packaging.

USED (Grade A+):
This product is USED and is in FANTASTIC, LIKE NEW PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITION. No blemishes, scuff marks, or imperfections. If you could find the original box and put this in it, it would pass for NEW.

USED (Grade A):
This product is USED and is in EXCELLENT PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITION. Light visible blemishes, scratches, scuff marks from normal use. You can definitely show this off to friends.

USED (Grade B):
This product is USED and is in GOOD PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITION. Noticable blemishes, scratches, scuff marks from normal use. If you don't mind the looks and prefer the savings, this one is for you.

USED (Grade C):
This product is USED and is in ROUGH PHYSICAL but GOOD WORKING CONDITION. Very noticable blemishes, scuff marks, or imperfections. You'll want to read the notes on this one. The product works but you may not want to show this one off to your friends.

USED (Grade R):
This product is USED and is in VERY ROUGH PHYSICAL or NON-WORKING CONDITION. This product should be considered as PARTS or REPAIR only. If you can take some parts from this and/or fix it, this one is for you.
