Shipping Details
Shipment will be either UPS, Fedex or USPS. Some larger items will ship via Fedex Heavyweight or other carrier. If you have a UPS or Fedex account number, we can ship on your account, therefore we won't charge you anything for shipping.
Shipping price will be based on buyers shipping address. There are shipping costs on all ebay sales, please email for shipping costs.
Overseas buyers must provide their own FedEx, UPS or DHL account number and a legitimate business address

Ask for clarification
If you are unclear about an item or what it comes with, ask. Just don't assume that a product comes with a certain item or feature. I am not responsible for bidders lack of information about the equipment being auctioned. I am more than happy to help you out and explain an item in more detail. If you bid on an item, you are responsible for completing the transaction.EBay charges me once the auction starts and again when it closes, so if the transaction doesn’t go through, I get stuck with the bill. So If you’re not planning on buying the item, don’t bid on it!  I complete every eBay transaction in a very business like and ethical manner, and expect the same from the bidder.
All items are refurbished / used unless noted otherwise.
Payment expected immediately after the auction. Buyer is responsible for making contact within 3 days of auction close, payment within 7 days if not stated otherwise.  Please allow 1-2 days to process the order for peripherals and 3-4 days on complete configured systems.  CA sales tax will be added to the auction for all items shipping to California.

International orders;
We do ship internationally.  With the exception of Canada, bidder is required to provide a shipping account number like DHL, Fedex, or UPS.  Therefore we will NOT charge you anything for shipping.  No exceptions.  Do not bid if you plan on shipping internationally and do not have an account number to ship on.   We will professionally pack the item(s) and will provide all custom invoices and paperwork. Canada residents do not need to have their own account number but still need to call for shipping quote.

All equipment orders are put through a strict diagnostic testing procedure to ensure reliability. Returns are for exchanges only.
