    In the Continental US: UPS Ground Insured is $10.00, UPS 2nd day air insured is

    There is a $7.00 surcharge added to the regular shipping costs.

    APO and FPO must be shipped through the post office. They will be insured, but with no tracking. The cost is $10.00.
