This is a Civil Defense (CD) Model V-700 Geiger Counter, made by Anton Electric Laboratories. Requires 4 D cell batteries, not included. This unit came from government surplus. Appears to be in excellent working condition.
Great as a novelty, Uranium prospecting, or as a deterrent, in case of a nuclear Zombie attack. In the event of a Nuclear Disaster, Zombie attack, by using this unit, you can be forewarned of any Nuclear Zombies in close proximity, thereby avoiding being bitten by a Zombie, and becoming a Zombie yourself. CAUTION, this unit does not work on bio-hazard Zombies or Alien substance Zombies.. Remember, the only good Zombie is a double dead Zombie. Shipping will run $9.15 for all USA for USPS, Priority.

For shipping larger and heavier items, FedEx ground is an option. It takes a little longer, but is usually a better rate. For Fedex estimate, you can go to Fedex and select the rate quote, select ground shipping (Residence delivery), use your zip code, our zip code, and weight. Insurance is included up to $100.00, in the Fedex rate. Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. box. A street address is required for Fedex. Generally, Fedex shipments are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

USA Bidders-Payment: Payment to be made by PayPal, M/O, or cashiers check. only, unless otherwise agreed upon. If paying by PayPal, generally shipment will be made only to the verified address listed with PayPal.

International Bidders: International buyers are welcome to bid and we will ship to your home country. Generally, shipping is through the US Postal service and could be somewhat costly, depending upon where your home country is. On International shipping, USPS now ships all packages by air. There is no longer a surface (boat/truck) option. Shipping options are:

US Postal normally quotes 4 to 10 days for shipping. With the heightened security measures now taking place by US Postal, actual delivery could take a little longer than normal. For a rate quote, you can go to US postal, and select international rate (calculate international postage). Extra care in packaging is always a concern for international shipments, and we make every effort to package items securely, however, shipping distance is lengthy, and damage or loss can sometimes occur. All shipments that are insurable, must be insured.
In some cases, shipment can be made by Fedex, Ground . Keep in mind Fedex, Ground will be slower.
We also reserve the right, to not ship to any Country, that has a policy contrary to the USA.
International Payment International buyers are expected to pay in US funds. Payment options for International Buyers are: Paypal (some countries), M/O in US funds payable through a US Bank, US currency via registered mail, or using a reputable third party, to issue a M/O. If paying by PayPal, shipment will be made, only, to the verified address listed with PayPal.
Generally, International shipments (USPS) are shipped on the following US business day that payment is received.
International Bidders-Possible Customs Fees: International bidders may be required to pay an additional fee for customs or a tariff on imported items. This would be charged by buyer's Country and not the seller. International buyer should check with his/her Postal Service or customs office, to verify if there are any additional fees.

TERMS of SALE: Successful high bidder will be notified after close of auction, with payment and shipping info. High bidder must respond, or acknowledge within 72 hours, after close of auction. If high bidder does not respond in 72 hours, the auction could be nullified and the item(s) would be offered to the 2nd high bidder, or re-listed. If high bidder does not get a timely notification, please contact us.
Payment is expected within Seven (7) days of close of auction. If payment is not received within 7 day period, we reserve the right to nullify auction and offer to 2nd high bidder or re-list.

Non responsive and non paying bidders risk the probability of unfavorable feedback and appropriate notification to Ebay, including non paying bidder alert.

We also reserve the right, prior to auction closing, to cancel bids on any bidder, with excessive negative feedback.

INSURANCE:
Insurance is recommended on all items, and in most instances is required. If, however, a buyer opts not to take insurance, buyer assumes all responsibility in the event that package is either lost or damaged in shipment. Seller will not be held responsible. Seller will package all items as securely as possible. All insurance fees will be exact per shippers schedule.

REFUNDS or RETURNS:We make every effort to list our items correctly. If after receiving your item(s), and it was not as listed, or was damaged in shipment, we will do what we can to correct, adjust , or refund. We will also make necessary claims with the shipper on damaged or lost items. If a full refund is in order, it will be only for the original auction price. Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item(s) is returned, it must be in the original condition, that it was received. Any item that is listed “AS IS” does not qualify for the Refund/Return policy.
