Ex-library copy - War Department Library - with usual markings; cover has been taped around the spine, cover barely hanging on but pages are still bound, inside of front cover is taped, no hanging or missing pages, old newspaper articles glued to last two blank pages, articles about Charles Tanner, Delaware Volunteers. Photos & illustrations. Inside pages are in good condition, could be rebound, no mildew or smell, all in all a good copy of an old & very scarce book.
