The Estate Auctioneer said this was Civil War Era, It is in good condition with a good even rust patina on it , may have been paited black at one time, I am not an expert so look athe pictures and you be the judge. As usuall I start my auctions out with a low bid and no reserve. I try to describe all items as acurate as possible, all items are sold as is. So Look at the pictures, what you see is what you will get, email me with any questions that you may have, After you have recieved your item and have left your feed back I will leave your feed back, Also I live in the country about 10 miles from the Post Office,with Gas so high I only go 1-2 times a week so if you win an auction I will mail asap but PLEASE be patient, thanks for looking.
