Beautiful Civil War /Colonial Skirt, Sash, and Cape

Skirt has a drawstring waist making it fit everyone and a 124" sweep.  It is 41" long.  The skirt is a cotton blend, solid black.  The cape is lined, and made of a light lavender faux suede fabric. It has a black grosgrain ribbon tie at the neck. It comes with a black sash. 

The hoop, blouse and brooch are not included.
