 This is a brand new Civil War or Victorian style hat and is handcrafted by me. This beautiful headpiece is made from lush dark brown velvet and fully lined in satin. The base of the hat is constructed from doubled heavy millinery buckram, 18 gauge wire and batting. No cardboard or glue! This beautiful hat  is trimmed with black box pleated ribbon, black netting, lace and many ribbon flowers in red and pink.  A metal hair comb is sewn inside the hat to help it stay on your head. One size fits all adult.




I ship USPS 2-3 day priority in the US. International shipping is more so please email me for the amount.
