We strive to ship all books within one business day of receiving your payment.  Most orders are shipped via USPS media mail with delivery confirmation.  Media mail typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive - if your order has not arrived or you have a concern please contact us so we can trace your order.  We are here to help!  We can combine shipping on multiple orders to save money, our typical formula is regular price on the first book, and $1.00 on each additional book purchased.  This formula works for domestic shipping in the USA only.  International bidders or customers interested in priority mail should contact us for a custom quote to your destination. 

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern, we value repeat business and will do everything possible to earn your business.  We strive to accurately describe all books, and if on rare occasion something slips by that does not meet your expectations, we will promptly refund or replace at your discretion.  All books ordered are returnable for any reason within seven days.  If the reason for the return stems from receiving merchandise not as described we will issue a complete refund including postage fees.  If you elect to return an item for any other reason (change your mind, not what you really want etc..) we will issue a full refund less the shipping charges that we paid to send it to you.   Please contact us if you will be returning an item so we can make the appropriate arrangements and help facilitate the return.
