General returns for active stock items are accepted within 7 calendar days of the shipment date and MUST have an Apple School Supply Return Authorization number. Please contact customerservice@appleschoolsupply.com for a return authorization number. A 5% restock fee (minimum of $10.00) will apply to general returns and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns are accepted after 7 calendar days from shipment date.  Returns which are not authorized will incur a 15% restocking fee.  For credit to be issued, all returns must be received in resalable condition and must be unopened and in their original packaging. Manufacturer drop shipments which are in route cannot be cancelled. All costs associated with manufacturer drop shipment returns are the responsibility of the customer.  All Jonti-Craft warranty claim issues will be covered under their outstanding warranty.  Buyer must call Jonti Craft directly to file claims and Jonti Craft makes the final determination on warranty.  Please see www.appleschoolsupply.com for further clarification if required.  All items damaged in transit are covered through shipping insurance which is always included in your purchase.
