GENERAL SERIES INFO:
This DVD contains a series of lessons from a guitar teacher with 30 years experience playing and teaching classic rock.  This series of DVD's is designed just like a live 1-on-1 lesson and uses an easy to follow method to cover the songs completely.   Learn by demonstrations, explanation and close up views of the fingerings.  You progress at your own pace - playing easier parts first and picking up more each time you play it!

This DVD series includes lessons that are designed to benefit a wide ranges of ages and abilities.  Good basic guitar abilities are a prerequisite of this series and it is gear toward a range within the intermediate category.  This series does NOT include any TAB or written material - its designed to teach thru visual and audio instruction and demonstration.  It also helps with ear training toward the ultimate goal of being able to pick out songs on your own.  (The series focus is on the fingering hand, while picking hand shots are included when deemed necessary, most basic strumming and individual note picking is understood at this level.)

Each lesson covers the complete main guitar parts and selected note-for-note full leads over the entire song.  Slow part demonstration and explanation of techniques required followed by instructor playing them along to the actual song.

For early to later intermediate players: This DVD is geared toward the student with existing ability to play guitar.  Should know all basic guitar chords and ability to play some single note lines or lead to be able to completely follow the lead material.  Song difficulty on this DVD is rated at 2 stars out of 5 (based on intermediate level players).  Different ways to play songs are shown when appropriate so the student can advance and play the more difficult parts as they progress at their own rate.
