These phones are not cheap reproductions that won't last through next Christmas. They are already over 30 years old and work great! A small, local phone company put these phones in storage in the 80's as the touch-tone models replaced them in homes. We purchased them when the company needed to free up that storage space. They have the adjustable ringer that can wake the dead and the large magnets in the handset for a really clear sound.
