Tracking Number
Tracking number is not available for China postal airmail. Please note delivery time is an approximation and may vary depending on location and customs regulations. Only purchases shipped via EMS will have a tracking number, and will be sent to buyers by email
Customs
Customs will be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling and/or optional insurance (if requested) for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance will be paid by buyers.
Shipping Damage / Shipping Loss
Please inspect the items immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report the damage to us if there is any. Buyers will be given the options to receive a replacement or refund then.
If it has been over 30 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact YUM Tea immediately, we will work quickly to locate the item and help solve it. If the item was sent lost on delivery, a replacement or refund will be offered, but please allow up to 5 business days for the resolution.
We guarantee high quality to items sold in YUM Tea. But if you don’t want the item when you receive it, please Contact Me. and we accept 7 days return in original condition for the full refund excluding shipping.
