• Tracking: Order and shipping confirmation emails will be send to the buyer after checkout and as soon as your order has been shipped. You may contact us at ebay@eternalsparkles.com with your eBay auction ID and username for questions concerning your order.

• Insurance: While it is not required, it is highly recommended.

• Shipment to outside the U.S.: Customer is responsible for any duties required to ship to their country. 

• Process time: Express and Priority orders will be processed within 1 business day after payment is received.  Standard mail orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received (Not including weekends and holidays)
   

Combined Invoice Instruction

Please wait until you are done shopping before proceeding to checkout!!   Do not pay each item individually if you are buying or bidding on more than one item, wait until you receive winning notification on each item.  eBay sends you a payment notification after each purchase, disregard that notice until you are ready to pay for everything you have won or purchased. You may take up to 8 days to complete your checkout counting from the "Date you won your first auction, or Buy It Now". During those 8 days you may bid on as many items as you like, but please remember to checkout by the 8th day counting from "Date you won your first auction or Buy It Now".  We will automatically relist any items that is not paid on the 10th day. This is how to get your combined invoice:  Simply click on the checkout button when you are done shopping, you will see all your winning items are automatically combined on the third page, after putting in your shipping information first.  If you do not see all your winning items combined, you can email us to request the combination manually.
