Clematis Vintage Jewelry Oval Pin Hand Painted on Wood

The beautiful climbing Clematis is stunningly painted with lots of details and a stand out over the background awash with violets, greens, and blues. The unique vintage edging of the pin really highlights the artwork. Clematis lovers are loyal and this beauty is sure to be a favorite.

The award winning miniature scenes are freehand painted in acrylic without magnification on nearly featherlight wood. These dangle earrings have a coordinating design painted on the reverse. The coordinating design is a soft scene of buds, leaves and sky. Please be sure to wear the French Wire keepers to prevent loss. If you have a little trouble hanging onto the little rubber stoppers, you can simply use a "nut" from a regular post earring and just push it all the way up to the back of your ear out (out of sight).
Rather than just a piece of jewelry, each is an original work of signed art, with the tiny wood surface as the “canvas". I don't use stamps, decals, or pens. Each is mounted on an attractive double card for a professional presentation for gift-giving, retailing or for yourself.
The seemingly impossible tiny scenes on the modest size jewelry pieces in real life is what makes the jewelry intriguing and highly collectible. The magnified photo cannot capture the aura of these original miniatures. I used my scanner and the photo is not as crisp and clear as the actual artwork.
Due to the handmade nature of every pin and earring, the designs will be slightly different. Some original designs are more difficult than others which is why the prices may vary. The dangle earrings cost a bit more, too, as I've painted the backs of the earrings where you are literally getting two pairs of earrings in one!
