12 foot with Spotting Foot Loop at the bottom for stabalizing the rope for the climber.
Another loop at the top so you can determine how you want to hang the rope, ie: clamps, swivel, etc.
Both loops have protected ends.
I have been in the gymnastics and physical fitness business for thirty years and I can tell you there is still no better way to condition the upper body than with a climbing rope lifting your own weight.
