Payment:
All Payments must be received within 7 days after auction is closed. We prefer Paypal. Please contact us for other payment arrangement if you can not pay with paypal.
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is cleared. If you need your item ASAP, please email us at swbestchoice@aol.com to request immediate shipping. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
When sending payment, please take a moment to check your shipping address for accuracy, as we will not be responsible for undeliverable mail due to inaccurate address.
Combined Shipping:
We offer discount on S/H fee when you purchase multiple items to be shipped together (shipping discount does not apply to items with free shipping offer). Generally, you save $3 off regular S/H fee on each additional purchase. After you have finished shopping, please email us asking for combined invoices before making payment.
Return/Exchange:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please email us within 7 days after receipt for return or exchange. All items need to be returned in original unused condition. Refund will not include S/H fee and buyer will bear the cost to send the item back to seller. In some cases, we will have to charge a 15%~20% restocking fee if item is not returned in original unused condition.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to all shipping address within the state of New York.

Shipping to Canada is $12.99 via USPS first class mail, which does not include tracking. If you want tracking for international orders, please let us know so we can add $10 to your invoice to purchase tracking number for you.
