Designer Shoe Discount is a retail shoe liquidator.  We are a no frills shoe outlet featuring major brands at minor prices.  Our shoes are new and in the box unless otherwise stated.  The shoes will likely have been tried on in our outlet but that will in no way affect the value of our product. If a shoe is marked as "used" that means that it is a returned shoe/item. We inspect those shoes to make sure that they are suitable for sale. ALL shoes we sell are on display in our store and have to pass customer satisfaction daily.

SHIPPING
 

We reserve the right to ship in a different box than the original. Sometimes the original box is not strong enough or will not fit in a standard shipping box. We mostly ship via USPS. Some items offer FREE shipping to the United States (Excluding AK, HI, and Puerto Rico). Otherwise, domestic shipping items are flat rate priced as follows; Shoes $5.99 Boots $9.99. We ship out items everyday Monday thru Friday. If you purchase an item on Friday please do not expect to receive the item until the following Thursday. For everyones sake do not bid if you are not 100% comfortable with the shipping policies. Getting a 4 star rating or less is brutal with eBay's new feedback/dsr system. If we do not do as we outlined here then have at us. Otherwise we humbly expect a five star rating for meeting our fully disclosed shipping policies.

RETURNS

We have a fourteen day return policy. Try the shoes on and walk on A CARPETED SURFACE ONLY. We want your shoes to fit you and we want you to be happy! If you are unhappy for any reason, request a pre-paid return shipping label - we email that right to you. That label is all you need to return your item. Using the prepaid label will provide faster processing of the return. Please note there may be a $12 restocking fee for boots and an $8 fee for shoes. If your item featured FREE shipping and you return the item, you may be required to pay the original shipping charge that was waived. MOST IMPORTANT: If the shoes come back with wear on the soles or damaged, we absolutely do not issue a refund. Do not spend additional money on shipping if you know it will not end well.

PAYMENT

All items must be paid within 3 days of auction's end. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. VERY IMPORTANT - We do not ship until the payment is cleared. Please do not give us low star ratings because we were waiting on a payment to clear and THAT created a long shipping time.

PICK UP

Items are also available in our Crystal Lake, Illinois, Store and may be picked without any added charges during store hours. Save all shipping fees but note you will be required to pay state sales tax.

TAX

All Illinois residents and in store pickups add 7.75% sales tax.


 

More Important Info: Because the item is also available and for sale in our Crysal Lake, Illinois, store it may be sold without notice. We do all that we can to pull the shoes sold on eBay off the shelves. If the item has been sold, we of course will cancel the auction. If the auction has ended and the item has been sold, we will refund any payment that was made toward the unavailable item.
