  AUTHENTICITY:  All items sold are 100% authentic Coach. We personally select all items from authorized Coach distributors though by law we must mention we are not affiliated with Coach in any way, we are just avid fans of their products :).   CONDITION: All items sold are BRAND NEW and have never been used. Each item is carefully examined before being offered for sale on Ebay and is of perfect quality. We do not sell used, reconditioned, or defective items.    RETURN POLICY: Buying a Coach item is a very personal choice and reflects the unique taste of each individual. When an item is listed for sale we try to accurately describe the color and measurements to prevent any suprise HOWEVER seeing an item on a computer monitor versus at home in your hands may not be what was expected. Therefore ALL RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED with the deduction of the orginial shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to cover initial Ebay fees for the sold item. Returned items must be in brand-new condition and an email must be received to let us know when and why the item is being returned.     SHIPPING: Shipping and handling prices quoted below include Delivery Confirmation and Insurance via 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail within the United States. We typically ship every day and try to get items out as quickly as possible. We also sell internationally and send items via Air Parcel which can take up to 12 BUSINESS days to arrive.
