Note: there are some small scratches/variations in the leather on this bag.  I have tried to capture them in my photos.  As you open and close the bag and wear it different ways, the leather will crease and fold.  In some of the pictures you can see this (the leather has some creasing/waviness to it).  Over time and with wear, these will start to blend in.
