I can't believe I found this bag NEW WITH TAGS!!!!!.......I think this is one of the most iconic and classic silhouettes Coach has ever made......this bag often comes to mind when I think of Coach. A sophisticated design that defies trends and will never go out of style....black is the most versatile of colors....year-round, all-season bag.....will bring a lifetime of joy, thus Coach's lifetime warranty!

A generous sized bag with pockets, pockets everywhere.....5 on the outside and 3 more on the inside....this bag has 8 pockets! The outside has four pouch pockets with front flaps sealed with polished nickle (silver colored) turnlock closures...the side pockets have leather flaps and the front pockets have Signature Jaquard canvas flaps. The backside of the bag has a large, flat zipper pocket, trimmed in leather with a leather pullstrap.

The body is made with Coach's unique Signature C Jaquard canvas fabric......strong and thick and made to withstand everyday wear....specially treated to be water and stain resistant. The "Cs" are shiny and catch the light to stand out against the matte tightly woven background.

Trimmed in smooth, glove tanned leather, the rounded double leather handles are the epitomy of femininity. White contrast stitching adds contrast and catches the eye. The bottom and side corners of the bag are leather to protect the fabric and add strength and structure. The main compartment seals with a full-length zipper closure with leather pull-strap.

Inside lining is a shiny black canvas with a large inside zipper pocket, bearing Coach leather creed with style number 6232.....also features two open, multi-function pockets for cell-phone, shades, etc.

100% Profits from the sale of this bag go to benefit the Gold Dust Riders Hippotherapy Camp in association with H.E.A.R.T. (Hopeful Equestrian's Academy of Riding Therapy). Hippotherapy is treatment with the help of the horse, using the movements of a horse as a therapy tool. It is used by physical and occupational therapists, and speech pathologists.

H.E.A.R.T. is a small, non-profit organization that offers physical therapy sessions to children with disabilities. It associated with the North Georgia College and State University physical therapy department, located in Dahlonega, Georgia  and created by Dr. Terrie Millard, PT, DPT, MMSc, PCS  and Tina Crow, R.N., NARHA Certified Instructor. The Gold Dust Riders camp is a bi-annual, six week hippotherapy camp. 100% of the profits from this listing will go directly to the Gold-Dust Riders hippotherapy camp to fund scholarships for underprivileged children. The mission of this organization is to provide the opportunity for children with physical, mental, and emotional disablilites to take advantage of the extraordinary physical and psychological benefits of horseback riding and horse related activites.

Amazing things happen when therapy takes place not in a clinical environment, but on a horse. Riders are not focused on the desired medical outcomes, such as improved posture, joint mobility, sensory processing, muscle strengthening, and increased circulation to normally un-stimulated parts of the body as they are riding, but are focusing on the ability to look down instead of up from a wheelchair. They are laughing, talking, and moving through space unaided by braces or mechanical devices.

They are engaging in a sport/recreation that takes them beyond their limits to an experience never dreamed possible. Improved balance and coordination are documented benefits. Patients who have never spoken have been witnessed saying their horse's name during therapy.  This type of therapy benefits those with autism, abnormal muscle tone, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrom, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, some spinal cord/brain injuries, help with accident recovery, and much more!

I can attest to the benefits of this type of therapy because I am a volunteer with this organization. I am a nursing student at NGCSU and have created this fundraising project as a part of my service learning experience. I have been selling Coach bags to help support my family while I am in nursing school for some time now, but I am donating 100% of the profits from my handbag sales between now and April 24th to this organization. I have added a few photos to show examples of the therapy experience. All children's parents have signed photo releases.

I am not using Mission Fish, which is the escrow service utilized to make sure fundraising profits go to the intended organization, because they take 20% of the profits one gives to a chosen organization. I believe this is exhorbitant and unreasonable and refuse to use their services. I am relying on my 100% positive feedback and trusted seller's reputation to earn your trust. I have no trouble selling handbags and do not need to use a charity as a ploy. 

I will post the results of my fundraiser on my profile page with a photo of the check given to this organization. I have posted now a picture of Dr. Millard with last year's check. Some of the profits were also used to create a website for the organization and pay for the server for one year. All funds donated can be verified by Dr. Millard and Tina Crow!
