This stunning cobalt blue bell was issued as a souvenir of the 1995 Regional Convention of the Telephone Pioneers of America which is a group of old-time Bell employees.
The details of the convention are on the bottom of the bell which is marked BELL SYSTEM on each side.
It is 2 1/4" tall and 2" across the bottom.
