Terms and conditions Non-Software items Warranty

• We will replace any merchandise that has been received with a manufacturer defect. Every item is Guaranteed for our customers 100% Satisfaction!
  
• If for any reason a customer is not satisfied, please email me within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  
• We do not refund the shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item, however we will if the item is defective or damaged.

Software items Warranty

• All Software Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  
• If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
  
• If the product will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You must return the product undamaged AND in perfect condition.
  
• The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product.
  
• If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
  
• Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%.  
  
• In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Item Availability

• All items are available at the time of their listing. However, on the rare occasion that the merchandise is out of stock, you do have the option of a full refund, waiting for the inventory to be restocked or choosing another item of the same value.
  
• Please allow 5 BUSINESS days to process and ship your item.  We do NOT process OR ship on weekends and holidays.
  
• Extra time is to be expected during peak seasons such as CHRISTMAS. We strive to limit any and all delays.
  
• We will always let you know if there are any delays known to us.
