The lacey outer edge is rimmed with hobnails and the domed top can be lifted with the solid glass finial.
The hobnail pattern is one of the richest of modern American glassware. Its roots lie deep in Western PA as well. This rounded pattern is unique in its touch and has been given new life today in the glass pieces.
