PAYMENT

Please pay within 3 days of auction ending...if for some reason you cannot abide by that...please just email me.  I am reasonable.  I prefer PAYPAL all the way, but do accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks.  I DO NOT ship until the payment has cleared which means it could be 3 weeks+ before you receive your item since it takes 2-3 weeks for me to receive and clear these things.

SHIPPING

Shipping is as stated.  I do combine shipping.  You pay the stated shipping of the item with the highest shipping amount and half of each additional item that is purchased within 3 days.  UNLESS, I have stated otherwise in the description of one of my items.  Occasionally  an item is too heavy, too expensive, or too fragile (requring extreme packaging), which of course costs more, to combine shipping on.  I will state that clearly in the description though.  If you have questions, please feel free to ask. 

International buyers, please request a shipping quote before bidding so that there are no surprises.  The shipping stated in this description is for domestic shipping only.

Insurance is extra and charged per USPS rates.  Please let me know if you are interested in adding insurance before paying.  $1.60 up to $50.00

RETURNS

I will refund your money if you are unhappy including shipping, with a few conditions:

• Return the item, postmarked within 7 days of receiving it
• Email me before returning the item requesting a refund, stating the reason why.  This is not to decide if the reson is valid or not, it helps me decide if I want to put the item back up for auction again.  Example:  there may have been a defect or flaw that I was not aware of.

FEEDBACK

I have never left negative feedback for anyone.  Even when I should have.  It does not mean that I will never leave negative feedback, it just means that I really do give people the benefit of the doubt.  If you are not happy, I will resolve it or return your money...that's about as simple as you can get.  I leave feedback after the transaction is complete which means you have received your item and left positive feedback for me.
