Cobra Commander with black and red uniform. I'm not certain of the series or the year. The armor and staff came from a Shipwreck figure in the same series. The joints and o-ring are still seem fairly tight. The torso is not stuck or glued together and should let you replace the o-ring if it needs it. This item was purchased by me and displayed for a short period before being put into a box until recently.
