Return Policy

All of the items that we sell are either BRAND NEW or REMANUFACTURED TO NEW and are assumed in perfect working condition (as stated to us by the manufacturer). As this is an auction, all sales are final. In the RARE case that an item is DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange the item for you (replacement only, no refund).

For all returns, buyer is to pay for shipping to our warehouse and we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement. If there is no replacement item available, we will refund the purchase price in full minus the shipping cost.
