This listing is for a Cocktail Collection Neck Tie.  It is 56.5 inches in length and the widest part of the front of the tie is 3.75 inches.  It has an Artsy design with Blue, red, black and other colors.  I did not see any spots at all  it is hard to tell with the design.  It does however have a couple of wrinkles.  It has a tag that says 100% Silk Made in USA - by Stonehenge.  See Photo for actual tie.
