For sale is one full turn-key coffee kiosk buisness. This unit was inside a mall and was forced out by the management due to a new food court that came in as a result of a full renovation of that mall. The business had been existance for aprox 7 years with a loyal customer base. The sale comes with everything pictured here. There are also some left over supplies and products inside the cabinets. The kiosk is in good condition and everything was working when it was removed from service in January 2008. Equipment items that are included in this sale are as follows:

6. BUNN double group coffee brewer with shuttles, multiple (not pictured).

7. We have several portable Shuttles that will be Given to the highest bidder (value is $89 each 6 total).

8.Three compartment sink as needed by the Health requirements in California only.

All you need to get started is your cash register and permits an possibly a Three compartment Bar size sink which will be included in the sale only in the State of California as required. This is sold as a complete operation only, we will not seperate or part out any item of this package. This is a PICKUP ITEM ONLY, we will not ship! We will however deliver it within a reasonable distance for a fee; see delivery terms below for details.

PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Cashiers checks, and Money orders. Payment on all auction sales are due within five calendar days of end of auction. If paying by check or money order, payment is due five calendar days from end of auction. If you have any doubts as to whether payment will arrive in time, please overnight your payment. For items paid for with check or money order, item will be shipped after payment has cleared; approximately ten business days. All “Buy it Now” items require immediate payment.

RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PRE-OWNED EQUIPMENT AND ARE SOLD “AS IS” REGUARDLESS OF DESCRIPTION. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS.  All equipment is tested before it ships and is working when it leaves our facility. Any returns, and or contact in regards to new equipment, must be made within three calendar days of receipt. NO returns will be accepted beyond this time period. Monies refunded will be in same manner in which they were received. Refunds are given on purchased item only. We do not refund shipping charges. All returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee based upon original purchase price.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays all shipping and associated fees. Any damage claims will be handled by seller granted we are notified immediately (same day of receipt). If shipment appears to be damaged, DO NOT OPEN OR UNPACK!  Contact us immediately so that we may notify the carrier. Opening or unpacking shipment will void any damage claims. If purchased item is damaged in shipping and a claim is filed with the shipper, all claims will be refunded to buyer at the end of the settlement process. The settlement amount will be determined by the shipping company at the end of the claims process. NOTE: This process has been known to take several weeks.

 WARNING: If you elect not to have your item insured for the full purchase price, your damage claim settlement could be only a small percentage of your original purchase price. Unless you inform us otherwise, all items are shipped with the standard coverage provided by the carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP: All local pickup items are subject to above stated payment terms regardless of pickup date. Any item not picked up after 30 days will incur storage charges of $5 per day up to 30 days. Any storage charges incurred are due at time of pickup. Items not picked up within 60 calendar days of end of auction, it will be deemed abandoned and all monies will be forfeited. Buyer need to supply their own labor on large, heavy pickup items.

DELIVERY: Delivery is available at an additional fee. Fees vary depending on location. Delivery is from door to door only. You will be responsible for moving your own equipment with your own labor. We are not a moving company! Payment must be made in full before equipment is unloaded from our truck. DELIVERY ITEMS ARE CASH ONLY, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN ADVANCE, NO EXCEPTIONS! An invoice with delivery fee will be faxed or e-mailed to you before delivery date as to avoid any confusion of final purchase price.

CONDITION: Please keep in mind that if an item is advertised as “pre-owned”, its condition is based upon our best estimation. Please do not expect a new item if it is stated “in excellent condition”. We will do our best to describe the item in detail. Pre-owned means that it will more than likely show signs of normal use; it is a used item. Please do not have unrealistic expectations.
