We liquidate equipment on behalf of financial institutions, and all equipment is sold on an “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS” basis.  Inspection of equipment is always suggested.  All sales are final, and must be paid in full by accepted payment methods prior to the equipment being released for pick-up.  Payment in full must be received within 3 business days of the acceptance of the bid unless previous arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to void the sale at our discretion. Negative feedback will be left in these circumstances. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax of 6.0%. Scorpion Nationwide LLC reserves the right to end any ad early if the equipment sells locally from our facility.  We have the ability to load and ship any type of equipment from our facility, but all shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility. We will be happy to estimate packing and shipping cost before purchase, but these are estimates.
