For this unique coin pendant,  we have featured the reverse (back) of a Genuine BU (brilliant uncirculated) 2000 Sacagawea Dollar in a 12K Gold-filled Coin Edge Bezel.  This side of the new golden Dollar has a soaring American Bald Eagle, our nation's symbol.  It is encircled by 17 stars - one for each State in the Union at the time of the 1804 Lewis & Clark Expedition.

The Golden Dollar's obverse (front) portrays Sacagawea, a Shoshone Native American young woman.  On her back, she carries her infant son, Jean Baptiste, born on the Lewis & Clark Expedition.  Sacagawea's knowledge of several Indian languages and her familiarity with the topography of the territory was crucial to the success of the Expedition.  We have pendants featuring Sacagawea & Child in our eBay My Stores Logo.

THESE 2000 SACAGAWEA GOLDEN DOLLARS ARE NO LONGER BEING MINTED.  GET YOURS WHILE SUPPLY LASTS.
