THIS VINTAGE SILVER MERCURY DIME IS SET IN A 12K GOLD-FILLED COIN EDGE BEZEL WITH A GOLD-FILLED SOLDERED BAIL.  THE BAIL WILL TAKE UP TO A 5mm CHAIN.  THE BEZEL HAS A SCREW ACROSS THE TOP CLOSURE TO HOLD THE COIN IN SECURELY AND A SOLDERED BAIL FOR HANGING ON A CHAIN.  THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY BEZEL MADE IN THE USA WITH NO ROUGH EDGES TO SNAG CLOTHING.

SOME OF OUR YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE OF THESE OLD DIMES.  FOR OTHERS THEY BRING BACK MEMORIES OF THE "GOOD OLD DAYS" WHEN A DIME WAS WORTH SOMETHING!
