Hello, these are used bill validators, but they have all new parts on them. The computer board, the sensors and all the rubber on them are BRAND new. The only thing that is used on them is the frame(which you cant see) and the cash box. The firmware has been updated to except the new $5.00 bill, which is now out. Just please let me know if you need the 24 V or the 110V version.Thanks!
