Cole-Parmer Hygrothermograph Model # 8368-50

This is used and from the look of it old too. I have no idea if it works, it does look like it is complete. It has all the strings wires and springs, and it looks like it would work if I knew how to use it. It is not electric, it has just been sitting in a cabinet for the last couple of years. I have no clue where it came from.
