It is 12” x 10’.  It is a 2 room tent with weathertec system.  It is brand new in original box with the price tag on it.  The tent cost $159.99.  It has fiberglass poles, a rainfly over all doors and windows, ceiling vents for circulation and is extremely roomy.

It sleeps 6 people.

Returns are accepted only if the item was displayed wrong in the listing. A refund will be given once the item is in my hands. Also, the amount of money that will be refunded is the final cost of the item minus shipping.

S H I P P I N G

We ship within the United States only. Most, orders are shipped by, UPS Ground, or US Postal Priority Mail. If the item is paid for before 3 pm M-F it will go out that day and either tracking (UPS ground) will be provided or (USPS) delivery confirmation will be e-mailed. I send the item out the day payment is received except Sunday.
