SHIPPING

We currently ship only to the United States via UPS & USPS.  Shipping costs are calculated according to zip code. Shipment will be made only to verified addresses of items purchased using Paypal.

INSURANCE

Because of the delicate nature of these collectibles, insurance is mandatory and will be added to most items in our store. This is a minimal fee to protect your investment. If you chose to ship with UPS, insurance for the first $100 value is included, however insurance for each additional $100 value thereafter will be added to the S&H cost. For any other shipping, insurance must be purchased. We are not responsible if anything happens in shipping, so for any item over $10, insurance is available. Insurance is required for anything breakable over $30.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and returns are not permitted except where item is grossly misrepresented, or is defective. We make every effort to accurately describe each item and provide detailed pictures so you will know exactly what you are buying. If you have any questions, please email us before you buy the item. If you have any problems, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. If item is damaged in shipping buyer must notify seller within 5 days to obtain a damage claim number so we may process a claim through UPS. Failure to notify us promptly will nullify any claim to a refund. Shipping is non-refundable.

If an item is broken and insurance has been purchased all packaging, box, and item MUST be saved to file an insurance claim. No claim will be accepted by the postal store without the evidence.
