PAYMENT

You may immediately check out via PayPal or you may wait to receive an electronic bill via email from us which allows you to pay with your credit card on our secure site. We happily accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and credit cards. We require five business days for personal checks to clear before we will ship the item.

Payment is required within 3 days of the close of the auction. If you require additional time, please email us and let us know when to expect payment.

Our number one goal is your satisfaction. We want the item you purchase to arrive as quickly as possible and intact.  In most cases sold items are shipped the same day as they are purchased or the very next working day.  Shipping expenses are determined by the weight of the item, how quickly you want to receive it and where it is shipped.

At eMoneyBay, we take the shipping of your item very seriously and pride ourselves on its timely and safe arrival. That's why we use UPS.  UPS provides a package tracking number which allows you to know where your item is from the time of shipment to the time it arrives at your door step. Sorry, but UPS can´t ship to P.O. Boxes.  In addition, we automatically purchase insurance on items with a winning bid of $100 or more as well as breakable items. We require UPS to get your signature at the time of receipt for items with a purchase price of more than $250.

Delivery in the Phoenix, Arizona Metropolitan Area.  We deliver items to your doorstep for a $50 fee.  When checking out, please add this to your total to expedite receipt of your item.  Our delivery area includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Buckeye, and Surprise, etc.  We can deliver to farther out areas for just $75. 

Pick-up in the Phoenix, Arizona Metropolitan Area.  If you choose to pick up your item from our warehouse, we charge a $5.00 warehouse handling fee.  When checking out, please add this to your total to expedite receipt of your item.  Our warehouse is located at 3325 W. Flower Street in Phoenix.  Our major crossroads are 33rd Avenue and Thomas.  We are open for pick-ups from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.   

We are obligated to charge Arizona State Sales Tax if shipping to an Arizona mailing address and/or if you are picking the items up at the Phoenix warehouse.  Sales tax is 7.95%.  When checking out, please add this to your total to expedite receipt of your item. 

RETURNS

As a professional consignment company, eMoneyBay acts as a facilitator for the sale of this and many other items on the internet.  It is our goal that you are happy with your eMoneyBay purchase.  As such, we make every effort to ensure that our postings accurately reflect the quality and condition of the item.

We will accept a return if an item is clearly misrepresented in the posting.  If you receive an item and there are questions regarding the representation of the item, please email or call us within 3 days of its delivery.
