All of our CDs are original. There are no copy CD in our store!

In order to help our customer get full understand of what they are bidding on , we give more information about the condition of each item as following:

The condition of this item you are bidding ranks A as specified below

Rank A : brand new and factory sealed , in perfect condition

Rank B : unsealed , in mint condition , no damage or visible scratches on discs, sleeves and artwork

Rank C : discs are in good condition , but cases and artworks may have some scratches or damage

Shipping & Handling

We are in the US and we do international shipping. Some of our goods will directly be distributed from our international suppliers. Due to oversea shipment, we only use standard flat rate shipping. Other delivery methods are not available, I am sorry. It takes 7-14 days for delivery on average. For heavier orders (eg. boxset), it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Save money:

1. If you 'd like your CDs been shipped without jewelcase, you can save $1.00 on each CD (not for digipak CD). All printed material will be included(cover, booklet, back cover). We will use bubble envelop, but we will not be resposible for any damage during trasportation if you choose this kind of shipment.

2. If multiple auctions won, we do combine shipping and you can save $2.00 for each additional item.  (view other items from us)

Payment

Payment must be sent within 5 days from the auction close date. Please use ebay checkout – the PAY NOW button in any listing that you won – after all your items end.

We are Paypal verified. We prefer Paypal !

If sending a money order, please print a copy of your checkout and include it with your payment. Or, at least you should give clear indication of the purchase information like item numbers and your ebay user ID to make sure we can identify and do the shipment.

Insurance and Return

We send item by regular postal mail, so it is not trackable.

If you would like to buy an insurance, you can add only $ 2.00 to the order total (to the order total, not to each item). We will send the package by Registered Airmail. We will not provide tracking number, because it can only be used to trace item from sender's end, but we will be responsible for parcel loss or damage if you bought insurance.

If you receive a defective disc, we will send you replacement or refund your money on our cost after we receive the return. We will cover return postage only if you have paid insurance.

We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or lost by the carrier without an insurance, but we will give our assurance that we will do all we can to assure a safe delivery!
