Your 12 oz. bag of premium gourmet coffee is roasted from our high quality arabica coffee beans fresh the day you order it and not before.  We package your coffee in heavy weight gold foil stand-up bags that are commercially heat sealed with a reclosable zipper closure to maintain freshness.  (we do not use those little tin-ties that fall off) 

Your coffee is then shipped the next business day in "Whole Bean" form unless grind id requested as in the grinding instructions below.  (We never stock coffee on shelves waiting for your order. - It is always custom roasted per your order)

We roast from 9am to midnight eastern time 7 days a week using our 3 roasters.  If your order is placed by 11pm eastern time, it will be roasted same day and ready for priority mail shipping the following morning. (we ship every day the P.O. is open)  You will typically have your gourmet coffee to enjoy at your house or business within aprox. 4 days of ordering.  In many cases even less.

Grinding: If you would like your coffee ground, you must send us an email requesting grind, otherwise it will ship whole bean which is the default in the listing. I will happily grind it at no charge if requested.

Each order is custom craft roasted after you order it.  We never "stock" roasted coffee on the shelf waiting for orders.  Your coffee is roasted, cooled, packed and shipped within 1 business day of your order to guarantee you get the freshest roasted coffee possible.

Shipping:

We use USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation because it is faster, less expensive and just as reliable than the other carriers.  We ship the day following your order with expected delivery time of 1-3 days (depending on your location from NH) (1 day to NH and 3 days to CA etc.) Alaska typically takes 4-6 days depending on your location.  If you are one of our many customers living on an alaskan Island and get your mail by seaplane you can request that we package your coffee so that it is water resistant.  APO usually takes about 10 days.

If your order exceeds 10 pounds, it is generally less expensive to use UPS which we also offer.  UPS ground generally takes 2-5 days for delivery.

We DO combine Shipping with awesome combined rates.  All Shipping/Handling rates are based on weight and destination location using the ebay shipping calculator.  (Combined S/H rates are based on ALL items being paid on 1 invoice.)  If you pay each bag with a separate invoice and payment we must figure in the appropriate costs to the s/h.  Paypal charges us for every invoice.  So if you make a purchase of 6 bags and pay for each bag individually we get charged 6 separate times instead of 1 which is why combine shipping is reserved for items combined on 1 invoice. - If you have a problem combining your purchase just request an invoice and we will send you one promptly.

We ship to the Continental U.S.A., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and ALL military APO addresses.

We automatically fill out customs forms for APO addresses.  (No surcharges for any of these locations) - APO Buyer's are responsible for any import or customs taxes if charged by the country they are stationed in.  We will not mark any customs forms as gifts or samples - Actual prices are used per law.

We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or any other international destinations.

COMBINED SHIPPING/HANDLING

We specialize in the best coffee and tea and do NOT make a profit on Shiping/Handling.  A reasonable handling fee is figured into our low shipping rates to cover costs of materials and labor to pack and ship.  The EBAY S/H calculator may estimate on the high side when purchasing 4+ items to the west coast.  WE DO COMBINE  S/H and take an actual weight after packaging to compare with what you paid.  If we find that the combined weight S/H is less than what you paid, we will immediately refund the diffference to your PAYPAL account and e-mail you a confirmation.  We cap our s/h  for up to 6 bags. - Check our storefront for capped rate
