Synopsis
Master of horror Stephen King takes an excursion into the mystery genre with this open-ended little tale. Two veterans at the local newspaper on Moose-Lookit Island, Maine, tell the newspaper's young intern, Stephanie, of the time when two teenagers on the track team (one of them the island's future mayor) discovered a body slumped in the sand during their morning run, and of the difficulty in determining the dead man's identity.
